Join us for this FREE interactive session on the emotional side of brands with a particular emphasis on archetypes and story-telling.
A good brand will tap into strong emotional elements to differentiate from its competitors, particularly as the marketplace gets more crowed. Standing out from the crowd and connecting with your customers at an emotional level is as important as delivering your product/service.
You can bring a brand to discuss and dissect or come along and absorb, learn and contribute. Using some theory, and some practical/hands-on working sessions, we will look to some of the ways you can create deeper connections with customers.
You will leave with:
- an overview of emotional branding and why it’s important
- an overview of how archetypes can help narrow the story-telling journey
- some examples of ways to inject and refine emotion in a brand story
- discussion and a wisdom of crowds approach to strengthening your brand
